Yes doesn’t make sense to me either I was in deer stand I’m asking can you pull breech plug dump powder and push bullet out or would there be too much buildup in the firing chamber or could you push it out the barrel

No reason I can see with pulling beech plug bumping powder and pushing bullet out the breach. Getting all the powder out of threads and shoulder where plug sits is mandatory.

I was able to do so in a Savage 10MLII this past summer. It took a bit of force to push, but it did go through the chamber area.

You can push it through the breech after removing the plug and dumping the powder. BUT, like Joel said. You must clean the threads and breech before the plug goes back in. It is doable, I've done it a few times. It is a mess, and a pain. Much easier to shoot it to remove the power and bullet. If that is an option.

If you do dump the powder that way a can of brake parts cleaner will be your friend. That's the best way I've seen to clean the threads of grease and powder granules. Like I mentioned, it is a pain. If you have one of Hank's cleaning tubes it prevents powder from fouling up the threads. But I don't know if he offers one for the break action plug size.

The brake parts cleaner is good but also engine starting ether works as well and cheaper.

I have a DI system, so, I remove the module and dump the powder which I save then remove the breechplug and push the bullet through. Also there are no cleaning tubes made for the 9/16"/break action plugs. Canned air will blow out residual powder kernels.
