My Hankins converted Scout V2 had been sitting in the safe for months due to sickness in the family. Yesterday I was able to get out to the range and see what she'd do. With smokeless muzzleloading being new to me I followed Jeff's advice from his YouTube videos and shot 65 grains of 4198 with Pittman 275 grain Accumax. Kyle recommended I use a wool wad with the Scout and so I did. To say I'm excited about this little rifle is an understatement. I am amazed at the accuracy of this whole setup. I fired 12 times and dialed it in so my last 3 shots were a clover leaf. Can't wait to get in the woods and bring home the venison with this bad boy.

Yes, I know what you mean about getting in the woods. We have an Early Muzzle Loader Hunt next week and I can hardly wait!! I shoot the 275 Accumax as well, they flat out work. Good luck to you this season.
