I’m not a builder, so forgive my lack of understanding, but looking at this setup it seems that all that is needed to finish the rifle is a stock, trigger and bottom metal? Is the action profile a 700 profile?

Is the action profile a 700 profile? You are correct. You will need a stock, trigger assembly, and trigger guard. If you purchase a chassis stock all that is needed is to bolt it in. If you wanted to do a Manners, McMillan or the Mesa Stock you could bed it in place and or add one of my ram rod retaining kits if you wanted to have a ram rod attached.

Is the bolt head cut to accept modules or same as Remington 700?

These are flycut for modules and the bolt stop is moved forward to stop the bolthead in the proper location.
