I know these are not for smokeless but has anyone tried these sabotless in their 45 sml?

No reason they would not work! They are basically like the Parker BE's. They both have a .015" jacket. Depending on how fast you push them they could explode upon hitting bone. Probably best shot under 2000 fps.

They would be less explosive than most jacketed bullets because of being bonded. I have shot deer with (40) cal fury lead tipped bullets and broke 4 total ribs and offside heavy leg bone. recovered 213gr of a 250gr bullet. I was shooting them at around 2450fps.

Good point Dennis! Although he might not bond bullets meant for black powder?

All of the Fury ml bullets are bonded.

I shoot the Fury bullets in my 45 and 50 BH-09 great accuracy I have both sizers, size them so there is just a little resistance seating only use a wad target shoot can't hunt any more
