.308 vs. .45 sml parker like bullets its true @ our speeds.. .308 takes a slight back seat. here 327's@450yds out bucked wind wise the .308-185gn berger vld's
this fall/2016 in Colorado I am going to have some long range fun with some co. locals that don't believe it.. here in indiana @ el 920 the hp mz's rule-don't expect anything less @ approx. 6000 el.
all in good fun of course!
hanks #'s are in line with whatever I suspect he is shooting.

Yeah, the shooting I've done with the pointier bullets .45 SML pretty well mimics most other center-fires between .308 and .30-06 but I haven't shot them as far as I've shot metallic guns.

Jeff, Shooting 400+ yards with a centerfire is a good poke, let alone with a SML is fantastic. Whatever medicine the doctor prescribed for that gun, I want some. Maybe a Jeff Hankins own secret recipe “Hankins Hornets” "Float like a butterfly sting like a bee" !!!
