I was going to grill some deer steaks but it was windy, rainy, and down right cold. My wife said "Soup sounds good." Perfect! I used some frozen broth I had from roast drippings. It actually sleeted  while we were enjoying our hot soup. Come on fall and hunting season, I need more stew meat!

Looks great!!! As a curry fan ive found venison works really well for that too. Just add a mild one like vadouvan to your recipe.

I had to look vadouvan up on the net, most of the ones I came across mention it with shallots, onions, and garlic. That's right up my alley

Its a very mild curry with a French influence. I get the one from Myspicesage and love it because its no added salt. Works well for Jamaican style curries if you zip it up with some bonnets.
