I have a new Brux 40 build sizing die and press with my first rifle the die was already set so I need to know how to start fresh thanks in advance for your inputting Hank did a youtube video on the bullet sizing. I would give that a look for starters. My 45 likes a 1 hand easy push loading on a fouled barrel. You may or may not require a wool wad.

If the gun has a brake take it off, make sure the barrel is clean you want your bullet to start in a clean barrel with a 2 finger push past the ojive of the bullet, if it is hard to push in the crown with your fingers it's too tight, tighten your die down some and try again.
when the die is set where after 3 passes thru the sizer the bullet goes down the barrel with a 2 finger push on the ramrod you are where you need to be to start testing a load.
