I have a 350 Legend upper coming this week from BCA. This will be my 5th upper from them, and I just cant say anything bad. All have functioned flawlessly, super accurate, great fit, etc. Just perfect for a budget minded build. This one was $237. The reviews and videos look very promising. Hope to get my boy behind the trigger. Plinking ammo is $8.47 at Walmart, and $20+ for hunting ammo. I am already a 357max and 358win shooter, so have plenty of powder and bullets to use when enough brass gets available. Pictures and results to come.

That is a 9mm dia. bullet different than 357 be careful as I saw a guy blow up a Ruger 350 legend a short while back. Not sayin you don't know what you are doing just a heads up.

Yes, thanks for that info. I have seen that about .355 dia, and also have seen .357 dia bullets stated. So, the jury is still out.
Yes, an experienced reloader, but always learning, and we should all appreciate a safety heads up! Thank you.
I have 14 boxes of ammo accumulated already. Mostly 145gr fmj plinkers. So in reality, it will be awhile before I will even need to venture into reloading for it.

I see what you can do. Can run .358 bullets thru a Lee .355 (9mm) sizer. Plus see that Hornady makes a 170gr SP that's .355dia.

Got her on paper with Winchester white box plinkers. Has potential. Shot 3 different hunting loads very well also. Another winner! Winchester Deer Season 150gr ballistic tip. Each group was 2 and 1, so figured the high heat was getting the best of the barrel and me. [/url

But cheap uppers aren’t supposed to shoot like that. 😀 Keep telling everybody that, more left for us!!! Lol. So far, no problems. We have used every caliber except 50 Beowulf. So far everybody happy. I never would have gotten into the AR game if it wasnt for the low end pricing (if you shop).

My dad is looking into a BCA 458 Socom. If he gets one I’ll do a write up because I’ll be the one working up loads. It will be interesting to see how it stacks up against Tromix uppers.

Just looked for the first time. Actually quite a few choices in .355 dia rifle bullets now, and pretty fair prices to boot!

I would like to get the kiddo a 350 upper. If MN ever allows straight walled cartridges in slug zones I know it will happen. She might end up having to use my 458 pistol upper this year.

anyone reloading their 350? ive just started some load development Maker bullets 125gr 150s and 180s So far the 125gr with 27.5grs of lil gun is shooting the best (2450fps) Would like to get the 150s and 180s shooting better but think i need to switch to a different powder with these heavier bullets ?? more to come

I was gonna, but having a hard time finding everything now. The factory loads are shooting plenty good for me right now, so gonna stick with them this year. Note, everything from the 150gr thru 180gr is shooting within an inch of each other at 100yds. So, will try to shoot a couple different bullets at deer. My boy is gonna youth hunt, so he will be first up. That's only about a month away. Will give report when available.

Just a FYI, a friend has a Ruger 77, I know not an AR platform but this is pertaining to load. He said he couldn't get better than 2" groups out of Little Gun which he says is the most recommended powder. He switched to CFE Black @ 28gr with a 165 FTX and shot under 1" groups. Thought maybe someone might want to give it a go. Also he says it shows no pressure signs.
