Hi everybody. I'm from central NC and have been a member on the other board for a long time but quit posting there a long time ago. It seemed that if you were not from the "elite" group your opinion was either stupid or did not count for anything. At least that is the way I felt. When I saw Jeff Hankins first post on that board I said to myself, self here is someone with some good ideas on smokeless muzzle loading. Back in March of this year Jeff offered some Savage pre-fit barrels with the HIS and I didn't waste anytime getting one. I have never talked with Jeff after the barrel purchase but I installed the barrel on a Savage target action and have shot the best 3 shot group at 400 yds that I have ever shot with any rifle including center fire. I always would visit the site from time to time to see what Jeff would post only to see that he and some others have been banned. So here I am and hoping to stay. I'm looking forward to comunicating with you all. God Bless

Hi, welcome to the site.
I love the state of NC, nice hardwoods and good people. I have a good friend outside of Chapel Hill and I've hunted in that area many times.

Welcome. Nothing arrested here You've never been arrested? Amateur.... I was arrested for altering a driver's license to make it appear I was 21. They use to be paper and I took a paper punch, punched out the appropriate number and swapped it with the ending numeral in my birth date. Was asked for ID in a routine traffic stop, but only after I had turned 21 and swapped it back to it's original state, the officer took me in anyway. Folks came down, threw my bail and judge subsequently dismissed charges. Strangely enough they finger printed me but didn't take my mug shot. That's all I'm admitting to.... I should have said no arrested development....LOL
