Just got a great deal on a Benelli Vinci LNIB for 695 . I have never shot a Benelli before was wondering if they were known for any issues? They do get good reviews. Any info? Thanks in advance!

The BE11 had a problem with trigger guard bang your finger suposely that was cleaned up. Other then after season cleaning at the end of season and willing it down after the hunt never had a problem that is with running 250 to 1000 steel shot loads thru it for the ten yesrs

Benelli makes a good shotgun. Overpriced? Yes, I think so. However, for what you paid for yours you certainly made a good investment.
Personally I chose gas operation over inertia. Reason being, gas does better with cycling the light loads. I have personal experience with inertia guns hiccuping on light loads. If you don't give an inertia gun a solid form of resistance behind the buttplate they have a tendency to not function so well with light loads. Example: I can shoot my gas gun literally holding it in one hand like a pistol and it functions every time, with light loads too. My autoloader is also a 3.5" gun. It shoots everything, light trap loads to turkey loads. Reliability is not an issue. Your gun may not even be 3.5" I do not know.
You did make a good investment. Gas is just my thing over inertia. Inertia guns certainly are nice though.

thanks guy's! I'm probably just shooting high brass 6's and turkey loads anyway. Not much of a shotgun buff I appreciate the info. Dave.
