I took this nice sized doe in NW Indiana. Hunting a new farm that a buddy obtained for us. It is about half swampland, some ag fields, and a couple dense thickets. The deer population is something else. I saw 13 total by 8:30am, then taking this nanny to end the hunt. Shot was right at 90yd. I used an Encore in .358win I built that has a shortened neck to be legal for public land and park hunts. Hand loaded 200gr ftx really puts a hole thru them.

Afterwards, the fuel pump went out in my truck, so I spent the rest of the day fixing that instead of hunting.
Luckily my truck is clean, so the bed bolts came right out. My buddies loader made the job a lot easier, so we went the top route.
