Currently i shoot .40 cal bullets out of my 50 cal omega with Blk Hrn 209 . No problem loading . i Have shot.430 xtp 300 grn with no loading issues . When i speak of loading im referring to difficulty in pushin bullet down barrel . When loading a 452 with sabot on clean barrel its not too bad but after a few rounds on a dirty barrel it can get pretty tough. was thinkin id size to 450.5 like i do my other smokeless gun for sabot less what u guys think?

Its seems strange the 50x40 sabot loads ok since its a large loaded OD. This is assuming you are using the MMP blue 50x40 sabot.
As for sizing, i do it a lot. I run Parkers through a .449 die when i want to use a MMP short and most other bullets i run through a .451 die just to keep them all very close in loaded OD. Ive even run .458s through a .454 die for use in Crushribs.

PR uses MMP sabots. The PR 50x40 is just dyed orange instead of blue. Loaded OD should be atleast .506 for both if the bullet is .400
Some of the PR bullets are slightly under sized such as the 357 bullet is around .355 IIRC.
