Jeff posted one a while back on deer tenderloin marinated overnight, and slow roasted in the oven with potato’s, onions, celery and carrots. Giving it a whirl tonight!

It was amazing!!! Deer melted in my mouth.... and vegetables had a great flavor as well. We are 3 lbs of tenderloin in about 45 minutes!
