Between working and hunting,I got my Hankins .45 SPML all finished.I had sent Jeff a new Remmy action and he did his magic and sent me back the barreled action. It is a 27" Brux with a Harrell Brake and of course Jeff's ignition system.I am trying a Timney Calvin Elite Trigger in this one, which just test firing spent primers seems very very nice. The stock is a Hart with a Aluminum bedding block which I did fill in the BDL magazine with a Aluminum plate and then bedded everything.I have sized up some 275 gr. Parker MH's which I plan on shooting.I tried to shoot today at the only range that I have to shoot at but it was full of guys shooting and never got a chance. It certainly isn't a lightweight but that's OK because I am a treestand hunter anyways. It weighs in @ 13 lbs. 6 oz. as shown in the pics.I do want to thank Jeff for everything and thank all the guys on the board for your posts and ideas..........RICH

Thank you for all the kind words Fella's.I was able to get a very short range session in today.I am heading to Kansas in the morning so I had to make sure my Crossbow was dialed in for Kansas and I did also get to shoot the Muzzleloader.I know it's not a lot of shooting, but I can't be any happier with just 3 shots out of it so far...........Smooth sized 275 Parker MH's,.060 Wool Wad,CCI LR Magnum Primers,Jeff's proven 78 grain IMR 4198 load. First shot was approx 7 inches high and 1/2" right.Adjusted the Nightforce and shot only 2 more times. The Chrony posted 3046,3050 and 3051 fps,in that order.........I am still smiling like the Koolaid Man.

Never mind, I should've read the post instead of just looking at the pictures.
