Well other than a very sloppy table, my normal bench disappeared, I'm very excited about the 300 Bomb by 7mmfreak. All shots 100 yards 45 McRem 25" barrel 1/22" twist Win209 primer Cardboard wad All bullets started @ .452 and were smoothed sized to fit. I'll check actual size when I get back home. All 3 shot groups. The 7/65 has allot of promise I feel that if I had a more solid table that could have easily been a one hole group. Still have some left going to up the main charge would like to see 2700fps.

Sloppy table or not that is very good shooting. Were they smooth sized or full form? Looks like these bullets are going to be worthy of the name....

Sorry I was trying to get this loaded before I left for work. All bullets were smoothed sized. I also shot the 300FTX and they shot around an inch group but not as impressive as the 300 bomb. I'm hoping I can order some more of these. I might not have enough for hair testing. I need to up the charge would like to be near 2700fps. Going to go over some notes and see where I need to be with 3031 to get there.

Can't beat the vel. spread or the tight group....Why is 2700 ft/sec your goal?...Richards guns seem to like that speed for accuracy...thanks for the testing... ole' Keith needs to spread some more lead around for us to shoot,lol....

Sml, out in western Nebraska there is a big chance of a 400+ yard shot and I would like as much energy as I can get, fit this reason is why I'm looking at 2700fps. I have sighted my rifles in out to 400 yards every year and so far my farthest shot has been 230 yards. I plan for long shots but ended up getting closer because I can, now if I can't at least in prepared and know what my gun is capable of. Going to look at a 10/70 load next and test drops out to 400 yards hopefully next time.

I gotcha there....70gn of 4198 will get you to 2700,so you might not have to go as high as you think imo....good luck and waiting for some more results....
