got a chance today to send some bombs downrange. i believe 7mils bombs will shoot. limited range and time but got a few down range . 2415 fps blackhorn load with .060 veggie and smooth form snug fit like match hunter. 100 yds first 3 shoots of day pic 1  made 1 moa down scope adjustment and loosened up bullet fit a little 2 nd pic  3 rd pic moved to 200 yds and 2.5 moa up scope adjustment based on .400 b.c.  i believe the bombs will work b.c. seems high but it works at .400 for my fps but only got to 200 yds. |

What gun are you shooting with this time?...those bullets shoot well in it....I'm surprised you could go that fast with bh209.....

yes it appears they shoot very well
I don't know when I will get to try mine as Its about time to get serious about some hunting but I will send some down range asap
maybe while Im off hunting I can get some time to dedicate to the range.

I understand had opportunity to shoot only few today. One more week and i start vacation nov 7 th im off till 21st

Im really diggin BH209 and sabotless also in my Knight Super DISC 45. I may have to play with the hotter BH209 loads in my SavPac some more too.

Shooting my old faithful knight brux what knight do you have? could i get a new barrel from brux, or others brands? I have a knight original disc 1999.. the green mountain is getting worn out, thanks.. |

This is complete custom build using a cut off mountaineer action that was threaded and a brux barrel installed very involved build. I would recommend building a Remington700 much easier
