So I got to thinking that I'd like a milling machine after watching a video where someone used one to clean up a stock with a mill. Then I got to thinking that there might be an attachment for a dremmel that would make it a mill. I did a brief search found a little bit but wondered if anyone knew of an attachment for a dremmel that would turn it into a mill?

It isn't a mill but a carbide cutter in a Dremel allows you to clean up big stuff pretty quickly but it also makes ugly in a hurry if you let it get away from you.

What Keith said...UGLY IN A HURRY!!!. I have a big drill press 2 way vice table with cranks on it. I have never used it to machine metal...but...I sau BUT put a carbide cutter? Or a router bit on it and the wood chips FLY and you can control it pretty well. I can just never get it perfectly square enough to dare trying to mill out a stock for bedding...loland yes it can do UGLY FAST. Crazy thing is I can clamp a junk poece of.wood in it and have a ball...$100-300 stock....not so dern confident...lol Drop
