thanks for your help. I have never used any kind of indicator for the wind before now. I just watched the weeds and trees. Sometime's there was some surveyors tape left on the target board. And I have always questioned ...was it me or the wind... Mostly at 100yds. So I always second guessed myself. The use of these cheaply flags has GREATLY increased my confidence . I don't know how much wind effects these things at 100....but I am thinking somewhat. I use 3' of tape because 2was to fluttery. 3 seems to take more to get it blowing straight out. I am sure I will graduate to to more improved indicators. I will study them and pick a model to follow. I have never shot a deer over 200 yds....and most under 100,,,,, but things are a changing. My deer field is 300 and under yds across....and I am anxious to use all of it. Thanks to all and please keep the helpful information coming
