If you are choosing to stay at a hotel and don't have a reservation yet, look for a hotel room in Georgetown.

The Evergreen is booked up for the fall shoot... Like Kyle said,, Next closest place is Georgetown Ky. it's about 30 miles from the range but Georgetown is a hoppin place.. Lots of good eating places, although I doubt you'll be able to eat much more after leaving the shoot...

Just called to check on a room at the Evergreen and they had a room so that's where I'm staying again.

Its supposed to be a nonsmoking room. The woman said her husband had my name wrote down with a question mark for a room. I have stayed there for the last two shoots and had told him I'd be back in August for the next. |

OK. Just relaying what the guy told me last Sunday. It was someone with a foreign accent.
either way as long as they air it out and change all the covers it should be ok. Still a little stinky but what the hey

I usually take an Airwick air freshener and set it to spray every 15 minutes or so.

I am, very much, but not to be this time. I want to have some other folks make fun of me other than the wife...it's boring lol Next March or April may be doable. Cooler weather would make camping and barrel temps more compatible. I've got the route, mileage, etc all mapped out. Yep, all dressed up and can't go nowhere...for now  |
