The Bible says to forgive and forget and also not be quick to anger. Cole I think what you are offering to do is a good thing. Jeff I think you have responded well. This board will be a great thing if we all act like grown men should. No one is running for political office on the board. Everyone is a winner. There is room for every shooter, every shooter's opinion, every builder and every builder's opinion. To the gunsmiths: There are many ways to get business. The best is by word of mouth and the worst is by words out of the mouth. There is room here for everyone. Let's move toward. No rearview mirror here either. Cole, welcome back!

Fellas... I deleted a few post just to clean up the thread a little. I know it is sometimes hard to let go of some things, but we will need to try.. This is a new board, with new members... Everyone starts fresh and clean.. forgive and forget and lets make this a better place.. We are all doing a good job so far..
Jeff...
P.S. I spent the day with oneshotike working on the range., We set up the "big top" frame and mowed most of the grass. About half way through we started having problems with my 3 year old ZEROTURN John Deere mower. We had to stop and restart the mower deck about every pass around the field, I narrowed it down to a short in the electric switch the turns the blades on and off.. I will get that fixed this week and go back over next Monday and mow the back side of 200 yards. Also we moved another five or six buckets of dirt to help level out some low spots and cover some of the little tree stumps... Things are looking pretty good... No new pictures for you but maybe next weekend I will take some... I never seen this before but when I went to take a picture my IPhone said it was over heated and must be cooled down before use.... So I put it in the cooler and then forgot to take pictures before we left....Anyway I was overheated also and was ready to go home.....
See you guys in a few weeks...
Drop.... No snakes were seen today... I was to blasted hot even for them to come out.....
Jeff.

Just looked at the extended forecast for Cynthia Ky, and it's looking pretty good right now for the weekend after next.
Thursday, the 13th has a high of 85 and low of 63 with about 0% chance of rain. That's about as nice as you could ask for this time of year. I hope it continues for you guys!

That is a good sized group. Someone in that bunch will shoot a small group for sure.

I would like to thank all my new friends for the great time, great food, and some very good learning experiences. I have learned a tremendous amount in the last few days. The trip was well worth it!
This is my first custom rifle and I must say it is the most accurate by far. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship. Unfortunately now I have a hungry for a quality stock after seeing all of them fine rifles, I'm very rarely envious or jealous but after what I saw it was rather tempting.
Special thanks to Mr. Hankins for all of his hard work and efforts to make this such a memorable event. Next time I'll probably leave on Sunday, I hated to bug out of there so early but I had to wake up at 3:30am to catch the first flight. I felt pretty guilty leaving early as well, there was a lot of cleaning up to do!!! I am sure a few of you are wore out.
Thank you to everyone (especially those helping me with the scope issues) and looking forward to the next Hankins's Event.
Wayne

Miami meat must be tastier, I only got about 2 mosquito bites. I brought my thermocell but left it in the car. I had chigger bites before and they are rough. Good luck. Anytime they get too bad, just so out and look at your new muzzleloader. I am sure that will help you forget about the itching.

Guess them KFC's latched on to me when I was back in the woods looking for the metal gongs. Came across the Deliverance Shack (Jeff's box stand), when I saw that shack I was quick to get out of them woods. Thought I heard pigs squealing at that moment!

I was really surprised that the bugs weren't bad. I didn't see a single mosquito and no bites of any kind for me. I must smell!
It was nice to meet you Wayne and already looking forward to the next shoot.
