You are right! This is my last one. lol
How many times have an addict said that. Many. You will get more. LOL, I'm an addict too.
Just missed a SS 700ML 50 that was NIB with all paper, box and tools and had obviously never been shot as far as I could tell. Ticket was 399 and I offered 300 "for an outdated and poor design ML" they stuck with 350 and that too much for me. I pointed out for 350 I could get a used ADL 308 W a Simmons scope that was on the rack. Might go back for that one. such fun 10

Going to load the UL up tonight and hunt with it over the Thanksgiving holidays. Hope to test the 200 ftx out on a buck or doe. Can only shoot one more buck so it will need to be a wall hanger. Plan to shoot 35 grs. of N110 and the 200ftx sabotless.

Shot a 130lb doe at 140 yards with this rifle on Friday. The 200 FTX did an excellent job, she only went about 5 feet. Will post pics of the bullet when I get back home.

I have not chronographed the load. The traces I looked at on the other board put it around 2400fps. It is a creampuff load in this gun.

I lost a good buck 3yrs ago using the 225ftx in my savage at about the same speed.I believe the bullet fragmented on impact. It probably would have killed the deer if I had hit it in the rib cage but I opted for the shoulder. The 225ftx is not designed for much over 1200fps the 200ftx I believe shows 2200fps.This is what hornady's chart shows anyhow. What is WAG?

WAG=Wild Ass Guess The 200gr FTX is much tougher than the 225gr FTX. Its very obvious when you see a cutaway side by side.
