There should be plenty for everyone to take home a few pounds or more... But I have seen Kyle eat and it might go faster than we think...

Piglet, pig, sow, hog, boar, really big pig, Russian, feral, it don't matter it will all eat good. Look forward to seeing everyone again. Don't miss this shoot guys. The improvements to the range make it easier to take the heat. It's a whole lot cooler with the benches under roof now. Plenty of room under roof to stay in the shade and in the dry. Y'all come!

Thanks to all the guys that are attending the shoot and have sent in the payment. I want to remind everyone that Doug Schartz has donated an entire hog for us to roast and we only have 15 guys signed up to attend the shoot. It will be hard for 15 of us to eat 300 pounds of pork, so everyone that might be able to attend the shoot please let me know and get signed up. To those that are attending, try to bring along a friend or family, One last thing,,, We will be shooting to 450 yards at this shoot so most of you can stretch out your distance farther than ever before... Thanks again and I hope to see you there.. OK with the typical carcass weight being 60% of live weight that is 180#+ of hog to cook depending on skinned or scraped-hock cut-head on or off-etc.... finished will be 85% of carcass weight so it's a whole lot of pork to eat. I'll do my best to have a minimum for frying for breakfast etc...
As for 450 yd range, I'll bring my 10X50 binos just to see the backers. I just hope I can hit gongs at 200.
It will certainly be a privilege to just score targets at the shoot. I expect to see some great shooting. I'm just hoping to learn some stuff like I did last year and shoot minute of deer for me.
And help with the cooking and gravy making! 10

We are getting close to the shoot date. It is weekend after this one. The extended weather forecast for the weekend of the shoot is 82 for a high and 66 for a low. This will be pleasant weather for shooting and sleeping at night...
For all you guys that are coming to the shoot that have not been there before..... Make sure you get directions from me as the shoot is not located at my shop address... My cell service is not very good at the range so I will be hard to get a hold of that weekend....
Thanks and I look forward to seeing everyone...
