Back when I tried to catch them by the foot I used John Graham’s lures. I sucked though only caught 1 per dozen traps per week. I like giving them steel necklaces. www.furcountrylures.com/

Cable restaurants🙄 I my best luck with beef vertebrae bone sets. I hope this helps but I certainly am not an expert at legholds. More like a rookie. I found the later in the season the stronger the lure should smell. It seemed the coyotes in my area loved skunks. How close are you getting coyotes to your sets?

What do you use for bedding material in frozen ground? I always told myself if I kept legholding in freezing conditions I was going to use double longs. I never could bed a coil spring in peat SOLID.
