This is a family favorite!!
2 lbs ground venison 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded Parmesan Salt and Pepper 3/4 bag No Yolk broad noodles
Boil noodles until tender (follow makers instructions) Brown venison and drain, add sour cream, cheese, and 2 cans of soup and stir well until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Combine cooked noodles and venison and stir well.

Funny you mention its...or rather the recipe because i did not care for it using the typical recipe for stroganoff (beef stock and sour cream)....The cream of mushroom soup though is what makes it for some reason.....Add some shrooms that standup to the flavor well too like portabellas or porcini. I use kluski noodles. Frozen if you can find them.
